Terms of Service

1. Service description

VECTOR ("the Service") provides company and industry research tools, including structural analyses, dependency maps, market data displays and email alerts, for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for all activity under your account. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Investment Disclaimer.

3. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans, where offered, renew automatically until cancelled. Subscription provides access to research tools and information — not investment advice or portfolio management. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk downloading or resale of the Service's content or data.
• No attempts to bypass access limits, quotas or security controls.
• No unlawful, misleading or infringing use of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, software and generated research are owned by VECTOR or its licensors. Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. User submissions

You retain rights to content you submit (such as email addresses or queries) and grant us a licence to process it to operate the Service.

7. Third-party services and data

The Service relies on third-party data and infrastructure providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability or accuracy.

8. AI-assisted content

Research may be generated or assisted by artificial-intelligence systems and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Verify independently before relying on it.

9. No advisory relationship

Use of the Service does not create an investment-adviser, broker, fiduciary or client relationship. See the Investment Disclaimer.

10. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VECTOR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for investment losses of any kind. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VECTOR against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the Service.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
