What we collect

• Account data: name and email, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Email-alert data: the email address you enter when activating company alerts, and the companies you track.
• Usage analytics: page views and product events via Vercel Analytics.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies necessary for the Service.

Why we process it

• To operate the research tools and deliver the alerts you request.
• To secure accounts and prevent abuse (including free-tier quota enforcement).
• To understand product usage and improve the Service.

Who receives it

Data is processed by our infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Clerk (authentication), our database provider, and email delivery services for alerts. Where payments are offered, they are handled by a payment processor; we do not store card details. We do not sell personal data.

Alert emails

When you enter an email in the bell interaction, it is collected by VECTOR to send you the company alerts you requested. It is kept while your alert is active and deleted on request or when you disable alerts. You can disable alerts at any time from the same bell.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with industry-standard measures. International transfers rely on appropriate safeguards where required.
